The super shallow spool allows for faster spool start up and greater control, while still holding enough line to skip, pitch, and flip effectively. The externally adjustable QuietCast ACB braking system includes a special “Skipping Zone” to maximize distance and reduce backlash when skipping baits under docks or low hanging structure. A speedy 8.3:1 gear ratio is perfect for both getting baits in and out of the strike zone quickly to maximize efficiency and hastily winching big bass away from heavy cover.
